Acrizure Stadium Wedding
This wedding was on-par with the Penguins and Cavaliers events. It took place at the Acrizure Stadium (formerly Heinz field) in Pittsburgh. The tallest stage backdrop was 12 feet tall. The event coordinator was incredibly scrupulous, and this precise shade of blue was color matched meticulously throughout the event.
Below: I designed 8x3x3 foot covers for the existing light fixtures.
Cleveland Cavaliers Wine & Gold Gala 2023
A yearly fundraising gala held by the Cleveland Cavaliers at the Rocket Mortgage Field stadium. This event spans not only the entire court, but an entire level of the concourse as well. I designed all of and coordinated the construction and delivery of numerous pieces of signage, stationary, invites, and displays for this event.
Above is an example of how, in the initial planning stages, I would create scale-accurate renders to assist in the construction of the displays, and plan for what will need printed, estimate the cost, etc.. These renders are shown to clients for approval as well, to save time, money, and receive budget approval on their end.
Above, you can see the process of creating the logo for the 2023 Wine & Gold Gala, implementing illustration and 3D rendering to achieve an opulent look. Below is the final version as seen on the invites and throughout the event.
Pittsburgh Penguins Night of Assists
A yearly fundraiser held by the Pittsburgh Penguins, this Louisiana bayou themed event took place along the entire ground floor concourse. The below videos are demonstrative of how these ideas come to fruition.
Carnegie Science Center - Geek Out Gala
These are some great videos from the Joe Mineo Creative instagram feed that demonstrate the process.
Lord of the Rings Wedding
This wedding was a personal favorite of mine to work on. I designed the scroll work/filigree throughout this event to mimic the elvish script seen in Tolkien's notes and the architecture in the films. Our studio artist diligently cut each piece that spans the dance floor and adorns the DJ facade by hand.
Below: the front and back of the event's menu, as well as the graphic for the dance floor vinyl wrap.
The final size was roughly 16x24 feet. Below was a prototype for the table centerpieces for client review with the in-universe book sleeves I created that would be scattered throughout the event.

Bat'Mitzvah Snack Stations
Below are two snack stations for a local Bat'Mitzvah. The van was 8 ft. tall and the window was cut-out through which dessert was served.
Superior Beverage Centennial Celebration
Some displays, stage, and bar backdrops and facades. The black and white graphics were provided by Superior Beverage and laid out by me.
Below is a mish-mash of graphics from projects I worked on.
Th selection of imagery is from my time at Joe Mineo Creative, and is a mixture of my own images and those taken from social media. All event design and art direction is credited to Joe Mineo.
